Mehal Kalan needs high-level leadership Headline “For the progress of Mehal Kalan – Election of an experienced and educated leader” Main Message “Mehal Kalan, our beloved assembly constituency, has been a victim of a misfortune since 2012 – we have not got high-quality leadership. Under the leadership of less educated and inexperienced leaders, the education, health, and basic facilities of our area have lagged behind. Our voice has not been raised strongly in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha, and our problems have remained unheard. I, Kulwant Singh Tibba, have come with a dream to change this situation. I want Mehal Kalan to get a leader who is educated, experienced, and can understand the needs of the people and fight for them.
